Ich suche immer noch die am best zubereiteten Thüringer Klöße. Im Gasthaus „Hofbräu am Dom“ (ehemals „Gasthaus zur hohen Lilie“) gibt es sie jedenfalls nicht. Doch man wird satt und wer mit Essen in Kantinenqualität zufrieden ist, der freut sich über eine relative kurze Wartezeit in einem halbleeren Restaurant an einem sonnig-kühlen Herbstsonntag.  I'm still searching for the best-prepared Thuringian dumplings. In any case, you won't find them at the Hofbräu am Dom restaurant (formerly Gasthaus zur hohen Lilie). But you'll fill up, and if you're satisfied with cafeteria-quality food, you'll be happy about the relatively short wait in a half-empty restaurant on a sunny, cool fall Sunday.
